Brookhaven, Ga 30329 in the Atlanta Psychotherapy Associates complex.
Conveniently located between Lenox and North Druid Hills Roads. It is one mile from the Sidney Marcus Boulevard exit off of Georgia 400 and one half mile from the I-85 North Druid Hills Road exit. The office is handicapped accessible and located on the Marta bus line.
INSURANCE and FEES
The office is out-of-network, so we do not accept insurance directly. However, if your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a receipt so that you can bill your insurance directly. Depending on the individual insurance plan, many will be reimbursed for a percentage of their payment. To determine if you have out-of-network mental health coverage, contact your insurance and ask about whether your plan includes out-of-network mental health coverage.
Fees vary depending on the service rendered. Group treatment is $60 an hour, individual psychotherapy treatment is $185 for a 50 minute session, and neuropsychological assessment is $225 an hour. Payment is expected at time of treatment.
